Rubina is one of the twenty-three star fairies sent to Glimmies Wood to restore the peace between animals. Her symbol is the Feather and she is partnered with Celeste.
Appearance
Rubina has very pale red skin and red, heart-shaped eyes with spread out lashes and a star-shaped dot in each eye. Her short red hairsticks up on either side of the head with her bangs pulled back into a pointed tuft in the middle of her head. Her forelocks are shoulder length and curl inward.
Her outfit is glittering cherry to match her feathery wings. A feather design resides in the middle, while her collar is made from white frilly fabric. She wears red shoes with a white ring.
Personality
Curiously she flits from one hobby, passion, or interest to the next. She is very chatty and can be noisy, making her the focus of attention.
